Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Saille Physiotherapy, we fully understand that life happens — unexpected issues, illness, or personal circumstances can arise. This policy outlines how cancellations and missed appointments are managed, in a fair and respectful way for both clients and the clinic.

2. Standard Cancellation Terms

The following applies to all physiotherapy appointments:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
  • No-shows (patients who do not attend and do not contact us) may also incur a 50% fee.
  • Fees are applied to protect the physiotherapist’s time and availability for other clients on the waiting list.

3. Exceptions for Illness or Serious Circumstances

We recognise that unpredictable situations happen. If you are unwell, dealing with a medical issue, or facing a serious personal matter, please contact us directly.

In cases such as:

  • sudden illness,
  • family emergencies,
  • bereavement,
  • or any circumstance where attending is not reasonable,

the cancellation fee will not apply. We prefer prioritising your wellbeing and treating every situation with understanding and compassion.
